Real Estate Sales Classes
IN CLASS:
A 75-hour in class course approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission is presented by the American Education Institute for those individuals who aspire to become a real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. American Education Institute periodically offers in class continuing education courses required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. The approved Pre-license and continuing education computer courses are also available in a class room setting at the offices of the American Education Institute.

Mortgage Broker Classes and Continuing Education

IN CLASS:
A 40-hour in class course approved by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance is offered by the American Education Institute (American Institute of Mortgage Finance) for those individuals who aspire to become licensed mortgage brokers in the State of Georgia. We also offer the approved 4-hour course on Georgia Rules and Regulations required for licensing in the State of Georgia.
The American Institute of Mortgage Finance is now providing the “Certified Mortgage Consultant” program, which is now the highest quality training/education program for professional mortgage loan originators and mortgage loan brokers in the United States. Upon securing the “Certified Mortgage Consultant” (CMC) designation, the mortgage loan practitioner has a greater opportunity to be acknowledged and accepted by the general public, their clients and their peers as a professional in the residential mortgage loan business. In addition, the “Certified Mortgage Consultant” (CMC) designation, enhances the opportunity of professional mortgage loan practitioner for career advancement and greater earning power.

Because, if you become a residential real estate appraiser, you will no longer have to work a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. J-O-B or work at one location five days per week. When you become a real estate appraiser you become a member in a profession which is affiliated with the largest industry in the United States-Real Estate! When you work as an independent free based real estate appraiser
you will be able to appraise single family homes in the field and work in the privacy of your own home office. You will be able to set your own hours and plan your work in relation to other family oriented activities, which are important to you and your family members. You will be able to utilize your education, talents and skills in a profession which will allow you to make an earned income based on how hard you want to work—not what someone feels you are worth.
Who Would Utilize the Real Estate Appraiser Services?
Since real estate is probably the largest industry in the United States, the real estate appraiser plays a very important role in determining the market value of residential and commercial properties within our great country. Mortgage brokers and mortgage lenders depend on the real estate appraisers to protect their interest when writing a mortgage loan on a piece of real property. Typical buyers and sellers in a competitive real estate marketplace depends on the professional judgment and expertise of the real estate appraiser. The real estate appraiser’s main function is to determine the fair market value of a particular residential or commercial property based on the factual data available to him/her at the time of the appraisal. This approved 90-hour in class course is presented by the American Society of Real Estate Appraisers (American Education Institute) for those individuals who aspire to become a registered real estate appraiser in the State of Georgia. The American Society of Real Estate Appraisers periodically offers selective 14-hour in class continuing education courses required by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board.
