When are we gonna draw the line here and make these companies utilize the opportunities of the free market enterprise system to work out their own mismanagement? I mean - here is now another 80 something billion dollar front that as happens whenever the government gets involved with anything, we the taxpayers are going to have to pay for! Meryl Lynch was an interesting buyout and Freddie and Fannie could end up being a good success story granted they sell off assets into the private sector and 86 the big bonus checks for senators and representatives.

As I type this Sean Hannity, a great American, is reporting that the Dems are all on top of this claiming it was the Republicans fault this whole mess is going down. This is a crazy time for America where when in a time of self imposed economic downturn in the banking and finance markets - the same risky behaiviour that directly caused the well prophesised melt down is resonated with the same rejected notion of responsibility.
