Real Estate Appraisal Course Shall Meet On:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  From 6:30 PM through 10:00 PM
Saturday:  From 12:00 Noon through 5:00 PM

Length of Course:  Six (6) Weeks

Date Course Shall Begin:    September 15,2008

Instructor:  Dr. Eric T. Martin, Builder, Developer, National Speaker and
Instructor

Enrollment Starts:  Immediately at 3469 Lawrenceville Highway, Suite 100,
Tucker, Georgia 30084

Course Tuition:  $995.00 - $100 due upon registration. Balance of $895 is
due and payable within four (4) weeks

Course Dates:    (6 Weeks)
September:    15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29
October:    1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25

Course Final Examination Administered:  Saturday, October 26, 2008, 9:00
AM - 12:00 PM.

Minimum Number of Students Required:  Ten (10)

State of Georgia Registered Real Estate Appraiser Requirements:
1.  File Application with the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board
2.  File Georgia Crime Information Center Report with the Application
3.  Must be 18 years of age
4.  Must be a high school graduate or hold a certificate of equivalency
5.  Must successfully complete the 90-Hour Approved Real Estate Appraisal
Course
6.  Must pay $125.00 Registration Fee with Application
