June 4th, 2008Each person who enrolls and ultimately attends the AAREI 16-hour in-class real estate investment seminar must first become an active member of the American Association of Real Estate Investors (AAREI). Currently, the full twelve month membership fee is $95.00 or $125.00 for a husband and wife. Membership in American Association ofReal Estate Investors (AAREI) is limited to those individuals who are not licensed in the real estate and/or a related industry. For example, mortgage originator, home inspector, realestate appraiser would all be excluded from becoming a member of the American Association of Real Estate Investors (AAREI).
